CLASSES & PRACTICE
CONDITION AND STRETCH
Strength and Flexibility are important elements of Pole Dancing. Both help us achieve Pole tricks with ease as well as improve the overall shape and lines of the tricks. Strength and Flexibility can be built through training and are beneficial to one's overall physical well-being.
Here are some information about our Strength & Flexy classes:

The classes may be single drop in classes or 2 to 4 weeks courses, depending on the Schedule.

Classes may be 60-90 minutes.
FLEXY X SPLITS
Many Pole tricks and dance revolve around leg splits - whether it is middle or front splits. It is essential to keep those hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes flexible and mobile. Always wanted to have those flexible looking legs? This workshop is for you!
FLEXY X BACKBEND
Having a bendy back aids both Pole Dancing as well as everyday life. Backbend training involves stretching the lower / middle / upper back and shoulders. A flexible back helps in many Pole Dancing tricks. Let our team of instructors bend you efficiently and safely!
