FOUNDATION OF POLE
There may be some fundamental basic tricks that Polers struggle with in their Pole journey. These basic tricks form the foundation of Pole Dancing and aids in the transition to other tricks. In our Pole Technique classes, we focus on executing the proper technique to get these basic tricks, as well as conditioning the related muscle groups required for the trick.
Here are some information about our Pole Technique classes:

The duration of the course may be 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the Schedule.

Classes are once a week.

Each class is 60-90 minutes.

Classes are progressive, drop ins are not allowed.
TECHNIQUE X INVERTS
Pole Invert is the basic trick required to transit into many other Pole tricks. It is also the trick where many beginners struggle with. Improper execution of technique may eventually lead to injury. Hence, it is essential to drill the proper technique and usage of correct muscle groups from the beginning and lock it in the body memory. If you are struggling with Pole Invert, this workshop is for you!
TECHNIQUE X SHOULDERMOUNT
The Shouldermount is an intermediate inversion trick that is often used to transit into many other Pole tricks. It uses a different set of muscle groups compared with the Pole Invert. Improper execution of technique may lead to falls or injuries. It is essential to train the engagement of the related muscle groups to get into the trick safely. If you are struggling with the Shouldermount, this workshop is for you!
TECHNIQUE X HANDSPRING/DEADLIFT
The Handspring is an inter-advance inversion trick that is sometimes used to transit into many other Pole tricks. As the weight of the body is mainly supported by the arms, proper engagement of shoulder muscles and strong control of the core are essential for a safe invert. This class will build the required muscles for this trick progressively. If you are struggling with the Handspring, this workshop is for you!
